When you send a project brief or share contact details in Ask Nex, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, organization, phone number, project type, and message. Our hosting providers may also process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request logs for security and reliability.
How we use it
We use submitted information to evaluate your request, respond to you, schedule conversations, prepare proposals, prevent abuse, and maintain the security and operation of this website. We do not sell personal information or use project inquiries for unrelated advertising.
Services and retention
This site uses service providers for hosting, scheduling, AI-assisted chat, and lead storage. They process information only as needed to provide those functions. We retain inquiry records while they are useful for the business relationship, legal obligations, security, or recordkeeping, then delete them when no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted by emailing contact@nexgenlabs.dev. Do not submit confidential credentials, payment-card data, health information, or other sensitive personal information through the project form or chat.
